Gundagai Meat Processors is NOW HIRING 10 Meat Process Workers (Slaughterman) Location: Gundagai, NSW Commencement: Immediate start available Employment Type: Permanent full time positions available Duration: Ongoing, full-time work Work Schedule: Single 7.36 hour shift – Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM Pay: Meat Process Workers (Slaughterman) will start at Grade 3, earning $*****, and can progress to Grade 2, earning $***** per hour, and Grade 1, earning $***** per under the Gundagai Meat Processors Enterprise Agreement.

Gundagai Meat Processors (GMP) is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Meat Process Workers (Slaughterman) to join our friendly team.
Located halfway between Sydney and Melbourne, and within driving distance of the NSW/VIC ski fields and South Coast beaches, Gundagai is a nature-lover's dream with fishing, boating, and camping, right on your doorstep.

especially during the peak spring lamb season.
About the Role These are hands-on roles in our modern meat processing facility.
You will be provided with on-the-job training and have the opportunity to advance within the business.
Duties may include:
Air Knifes
Plucking
Punching
Rip-down
Weasand Clip
Rodding
Gutting out
Y-Cut
Brisket Roller
Removing Tongues
General Knife
Work
Working to chain speed
Working safely and efficiently in a team environment
Supporting production outcomes and assisting co-workers as needed
