If you can juggle customer emails like a pro while keeping our warehouse from turning into a game of Tetris gone wrong, this role is for you.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer support with stock control and warehouse coordination.
Think of it as the Swiss Army knife of jobs—never a dull moment, always something different, and (honestly) pretty satisfying when everything runs smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Place and follow up on stock orders with suppliers
Update inventory systems and online product listings
Assist with incoming stock deliveries and maintain a tidy, organised warehouse
Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
✅ Proven experience in customer service, stock control, warehouse, or e-commerce roles
✅ Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
✅ Highly organised with strong time management skills
✅ High-level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email,



and web-based systems
✅ High level of multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
✅ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
✅ (Preferred) Experience with POS or inventory systems like Retail Express, ClickUp, or similar
