Based at our Luscombe yard your duties as our Weighbridge Admin Officer will include but not be limited to:
· Accurate recording of weighbridge information
· Weighing, dispatching & ticketing of trucks
· Receiving orders from customers and accurately inputting the orders into the system
· Liaison with operations and customers
· General customer enquiries
· General office administration & data entry
Skills And Experience
Good communication skills,



including excellent phone manner
A can do positive attitude is essential as is attention to detail and a good work ethic
Good organisation skills including the ability to multi-task
Ability to work well under pressure
Customer service experience desirable
Prior weighbridge experience highly regarded
Computer proficient (Microsoft Excel Essential)
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Own transport essential.
