The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Energy and Utilities business in South Australia, supporting the delivery of high voltage substation projects.
Based in Underdale with project work across South Australia including Reeves Plains, you will play a critical leadership role in managing the full construction lifecycle across multiple complex projects.
This role will see you leading site-based teams, coordinating resources and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with program and client expectations.
You will also support tender development, constructability reviews and ongoing project delivery outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a solid people leader with proven experience in delivering large scale high voltage infrastructure projects.
You will bring:Electrical Trade QualificationDiploma in Project Management - Highly regardedExtensive experience in construction management within HV electrical infrastructureDemonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects concurrentlyStrong capability in resource planning, subcontractor management and procurement processesExperience managing safety, quality and environmental requirements within a live project environmentWell-developed stakeholder engagement skills across clients,



subcontractors and internal teamsStrong problem solving, organisational and communication skills
