Managing Residential Conveyancing files

The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run mainly residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
Your duties will include the following -
Dealing with clients,
Following up outstanding conditions,
Dealing with solicitors, banks,
on line searches, settlement statements
Booking in settlements with PEXA, billings and general file management duties.
Your ExperienceYou will have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing paralegal experience.
Excellent file management skills and customer service skills are also essential.

Well established law firm based at Bundall.
70 staff.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.
