Clinical Applications Specialist - Digital Radiography (DR)

In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with Sales, Product Management and customers to deliver outstanding clinical education, training and support across a leading Digital Radiography portfolio.

About the Role
Reporting to the Product Manager - DR, you will play a key role in supporting customers across the Digital Radiography portfolio through product training, clinical support, workshops and ongoing customer engagement.
You will partner closely with Account Managers and Product Management to drive customer success, strengthen clinical adoption and support business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver clinical applications training and education for Digital Radiography systems
Support product demonstrations, installations, customer onboarding and post-sale training
Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify customer needs and support sales opportunities
Build robust relationships with customers,



key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders
Provide technical and clinical support across General Radiography and Mobile DR solutions
Assist with product launches, trade shows, conferences and educational workshops
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging, Applied Science or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Imaging, Radiography or clinical applications support
Strong knowledge of the Radiology and Digital Radiography market
Excellent presentation, training and communication skills
A passion for education, customer engagement and clinical excellence
Strong organisational and territory management skills
The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of healthcare organisations
A collaborative mindset and positive team-oriented approach
