About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for current and upcoming projects across a range of locations.
You will be accountable for all project deliverables including:
reviewing and appointing subcontractors
liaising closely with and supporting Site Managers and Supervisors
attending site and contractor meetings
monitoring project progress, safety, costs, quality, and subcontractor performance.
The role would be based in our Unanderra office.




Regular intra- and interstate travel to worksites would be required on an ongoing basis.
The role is Monday to Friday - occasional contact may be required on a Saturday.
About You
You'll be able to demonstrate:
Project management experience in civil and commercial construction, with experience in our speciality areas an advantage
Experience in new build projects
Experience with ground civil works as part of projects
The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, staying across resources, costs, and progress
Demonstrated commitment to HSEQ and the ability to instil this in direct reports and subcontractors
Attention to detail
The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with site managers and contractors
Negotiation skills
A current Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle
White Card
Willingness to travel as part of the role.
You'll be someone for whom the way the job is done is just as key as the outcome, and you will also have demonstrated this in prior roles.
