Referrals are received from across the Hunter region, so travel will be required to support families and strengthen connections with local services and communities.
This role brings together your robust case work experience, child and family practice knowledge and strengths-based approach to support families before challenges escalate to crisis point.
You will take on more complex family cases, provide mentoring and practice guidance to staff within the program, and help build team capability through reflective, evidence-informed practice.How You Will ContributeTake on more complex family cases, completing assessments,
