WISE Training Services are looking for a passionate RTO Training Contract Coordinator to join our team based in Bendigo.
The role of RTO Training Contract Coordinator is to work with employers, employment service providers and other key stakeholders to identify referrals to support employment opportunities and bridge the skills shortage gaps.
The Contract Coordinator, will support planning the delivery of programs with trainers and educators and monitor the success of the program through meeting the key deliverables of State and Commonwealth contracts.
The role is customer, community and sector facing and provides a valuable contribution to the internal and external reputation and customer service nationally offered by WISE.
The role of RTO Training Contract Coordinator is a permanent part-time role based in Bendigo.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the enrolment process, daily attendance, and course administration
Ensure all participant data and program reports are accurate and up to date
Assist Trainers and Mentors with lesson preparation and daily operational needs
Handle inquiries from participants and partners with professionalism and cultural awareness
Organize program resources, files, and student communications
Help plan and run information sessions, participant activities, and graduations
Assist with compliance checks and contribute ideas for improving how we work

To be considered, you must have:
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
Strong communication skills,



both written and spoken
Working knowledge of aXcelerate SMS
Knowledge of ASCF
Confident using Microsoft Office and ready to learn our internal systems
Methodical and precise when it comes to data entry and record-keeping
Able to build trust and rapport quickly with a diverse range of people
Deeply committed to delivering culturally protected, respectful support
Trustworthy with sensitive data and strict about confidentiality
The successful candidate will be required to complete a National Crime Check, have the legal right to work in Australia, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and obtain a NDIS Worker Screening clearance prior to being offered a role with WISE.
