THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Engineering team.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for routine maintenance and breakdown work, of Triple M's machinery, facilities, fittings and equipment.
The role is diverse; across varied tasks, relying on flexibility and a can- do attitude to achieve success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out preventative maintenance and general repairs of machine breakdowns, fault findings.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, buildings, grounds, fittings and equipment to ensure continued service and operation.
Maintain high levels of operator safety and communication, compliance with all WH&S; requirements.
Driving continuous improvement through training and development.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Recent experience inmachine maintenance and upkeep- a must.
Experience in Press brake, Turrets, CNC machines - highly regarded.
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter, Fitter/TurnerorFitter qualification- a must.
Work experience inEngineeringorManufacturingoperations - a must.
Previous experience using theMEX maintenance systemor any knowledge on similar systems - highly regarded.
Flexible, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Hold a current Queensland manual driver's licence.
Current QLD forklift licence - highly regarded.
Must be punctual, reliable and available for workMonday to Friday,



from 6:00am - 3:30pm(dayshift).
