Mia Cucina is a fantastic Italian restaurant, searching for a Duty Manager and Supervisor who are looking for a stable & permanent position, in a great venue, working with outstanding staff!
This role will involve the day-to-day operation of our busy al-a-carte restaurant in working a flexible 5-day roster consisting of day and evening shifts between Tuesday & Sunday.
The successful applicants will be hands-on, who can lead and support the Floor Team maintaining the high standard of service that our clientele is currently receiving at Mia Cucina.
Full-time and Part-time positions with an attractive salary package which includes flexible and friendly hours and working within a great team-culture.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
• 3+ years in a Duty Manager or similar role within a busy hospitality venue




• Previous experience in a similar role
• Significant experience in FOH service
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop strong teams
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve issues quickly
• Deep knowledge of bar operations, coffee making, management and liquor licensing laws
• A current RSA and Approved Manager Card
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Currently reside in Western Australia
