As the Logistics Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:
Coordinating all deliveries as per customer requirements
Providing weekly updates to customers on tank delivery dates
Planning production without exceeding manufacturing or delivery capacity
Communicating effectively with customers via their preferred method of communication
Coordinating the Delivery Capacity Chart to ensure volumes and percentages meet expectations
Act as an escalation point for complex or difficult logistic issues
About You
Experience in customer service and communication
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve




Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
