As a Technician - Field Service, you'll play a key role supporting our customers across Northern Queensland, delivering exceptional service and ensuring Komatsu equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably in the field.
Based in Cairns, this position provides a mix of field service and site-based support work across the region.
You'll travel throughout North Queensland to support customers across construction, quarrying, infrastructure and mining operations, performing maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on Komatsu equipment while building strong customer relationships.
Roster:7:7 roster, 12-hour shifts - Wednesday to Tuesday.
Annualised salary: Competitive Salary + Tool of Trade Vehicle + Overtime + Field Service Allowance
Role Located:Cairns (Travel to site will be gate-to-gate)

What we are looking for:
Mobile Plant Trade Certificate or equivalent
Experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing heavy mobile equipment
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Willingness to travel throughout North Queensland in support of customers
Valid driver's licence (MR desirable)
