Job description
Fixed-Term Full-Time
Annerley
Your Next Opportunity!
Some opportunities ask you to improve a process.
This one gives you the opportunity to improve an organisation.
As Richmond Fellowship Queensland's Project Business Analyst, you'll work at the centre of organisation wide projects that influence how we operate today and shape how we deliver services into the future.
Working alongside our Senior Project Manager, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to solve complex business challenges, redesign ways of working and help deliver meaningful organisational change.
This 12-month fixed term opportunity offers the chance to work on high impact projects spanning service mobilisation, systems improvement, organisational change and continuous improvement.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy challenging the status quo and get genuine satisfaction from solving problems that matter, you'll thrive in this role.
Every recommendation you make, every solution you design and every project you help deliver will leave a lasting impact across the organisation.
.
Most importantly, your work won't end with a report or process map.
It will enable our people to work smarter, strengthen the services we deliver and create more capacity for what matters most: supporting individuals, families and communities to achieve better mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs, analyse current ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitating workshops and consultation activities to gather business requirements,
map business processes and develop practical, future focused solutions.
Supporting the delivery of organisational projects through business analysis, business readiness and implementation activities.
Preparing business requirements, process maps, change impact assessments and other project documentation that supports informed decision making.
Collaborating across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including service mobilisation, systems improvement, organisational change and continuous improvement projects.
What you'll bring
You'll be an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working with people as much as solving problems.
You'll be comfortable navigating complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships and translating ideas into practical outcomes.
You'll also bring:
Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement or organisational transformation within a complex environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and engaging stakeholders across multiple business areas.
Solid written communication skills with experience preparing business requirements,
process maps and project documentation.
The ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively across multiple projects.
A genuine passion for continuous improvement and helping organisations work better.
Why RFQ?
At Richmond Fellowship Queensland, you'll join a purpose driven organisation where your expertise will directly influence how we work, how we grow and how we continue delivering high quality mental health and wellbeing services across Australia.
We believe our people do their best work when they are supported to grow, contribute and make a genuine impact.
In return, we offer:
Competitive salary and superannuation.
Salary packaging of up to $15,900 on general living expenses, plus an additional $2,650 for meal entertainment benefits, including access to novated leasing.
Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
Free Employee Assistance Program for you and your immediate family.
A collaborative, supportive and values driven workplace where your ideas are welcomed and your contribution is valued.
