As the Bookkeeper, you will lead the day-to-day financial direction of the business.

You will be responsible for executing and managing all accounting and finance processes and developing best-practice solutions that will stand the test of time.
As a valuable part of the team, you will be responsible for offering advice and guidance to key stakeholders, as well as keeping the MD and leadership apprised of the current financial position of the business through;
Reliable and accurate financial reporting with supporting explanations, compliance, risk and recommendations
Executing end-to-end bookkeeping, including payroll, financial controls, practices,
and compliance for high-volume stock
Liaising with the external Accounting functions
Leadership reports, budgets, forecasting and ad-hoc reporting.
A qualification is not mandatory but is desirable, and working knowledge of database management and Xero software will be highly regarded.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy; you are expected to take ownership of the day-to-day requirements and any projects allocated by the MD.

The role is 0.6 onsite, the client is happy for this to be worked either 3, 4 or 5 days per week- you choose!
