About the Role
As aRostering Officer,you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining rosters for Community Support Workers, ensuring client needs, preferences, locations, language requirements and service types are appropriately matched.
Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality aged care services across the community.
This is a12-month fixed-term, full-time positionproviding rostering and scheduling support to our Community Aged Care team based in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain daily rosters for Community Support Workers.
Match support workers to clients based on needs, preferences, location and service requirements.
Manage planned and unplanned absences and arrange suitable replacements.
Monitor workforce availability and address unallocated shifts.
Respond to rostering enquiries from support workers and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with external agencies regarding brokered care services.
Accurately maintain data within rostering systems and meet payroll and finance deadlines.
Publish rosters in accordance with Enterprise Agreement requirements.
Support return-to-work arrangements and injury management rostering requirements.
Prepare reports, undertake data analysis and provide administrative support to the Operations Team.

About You
You are highly organised,



customer-focused and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or at least two years' administrative experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or the ability to obtain one).
