My fantastic team of girls are required to help a middle aged disabled man with Quadriplegia that leads a very active life social working, disability advocating, camping, over seas holidaying and a long line of activities.
May suite semi retired, bored, part time or Student Health Skilled
Hours required are 3 or 4 hour morning shifts and 5 or 6 hour evening shifts.
Up to 10 to 15 hours per week availableONLY.
Approximate minimum 2 to 3 shifts pw.
Roster works one weekend on then next weekend off
I roster many weeks/months ahead with all staffs preferred times calculated.

Mustlive less than 15 minutes drive from Helensvale.
Buddy shifts available NOW until you are completely comfortable with procedures.

Duties include;
Hoisting, toileting, bathing,



bowel therapy (fun,fun,fun)
Regular exercise program to strengthen and improve mobility
Social and community access including small VAN DRIVING (car license) Must be confident driver.

Housework, meal preparation and other light domestic assistance
Be able to complete a NDIS Worker Screening Check (not required prior to commencing employment)
Have a current driver license
Be genuine and reliable with inherent integrity and respect for individual choice and client confidentiality
Be capable of meeting the functional requirements of the role - some lifting, bending, carrying, crouching, driving and working in spaces such as shower stalls, bathrooms, jetty's and other parts of clients' homes.
