An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Accountant looking to join a modern, growing accounting firm that genuinely invests in its people.

With up-to-date systems, strong support structures and a progressive leadership team, this role offers the opportunity to step beyond compliance work and become heavily involved in advisory services, tax planning and client relationship management.
What's On Offer?
Attractive salary package - $110k to $130k + Super
Quarterly bonus structure allowing you to retain 10%–15% of all billed fees above your threshold paid quarterly which is quite lucrative.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will work with a portfolio of SME and individual clients while becoming a trusted advisor to your client base.




This position offers far more than traditional compliance work, providing exposure to advisory, tax planning strategies and direct client engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
Assisting with delivering tax planning and business advisory services
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Assisting with the mentoring and development of junior team members
Working closely with the Director on strategic client matters
Contributing to the continued growth of the firm
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
CA or CPA qualification (or currently studying)
4+ years' experience within a public practice accounting firm
Strong technical knowledge across Business Services and Tax
Excellent communication and client management skills
A desire to progress into leadership and management
A proactive, team-oriented approach
