We are seeking a permanent Afternoon Shift Supervisor to assist co-ordinate and supervise our shift operations each afternoon.
Duties include: directing the loaders and drivers for the tasks each shift, supporting in the loading and unloading of trucks, data entry, monitoring of all operators including line haul drivers (inc. hours, slots and delays).
Additional duties, when required will also include involvement in incident reporting and investigation, Safe Act Observations, timesheet reviews, supporting injured workers on suitable duties.
This role is based in Molendinar.
For this role you will need to have:
Good Computer skills - data entry
Demonstrate good people leadership skills
Forklift (LF) Licence
HR Licence
Fatigue and mass management experience highly regarded
Load layout experience
Dispatch and loading Experience in Fast Moving Goods
Shift availability (from 12:30pm up to 10:00pm Mon-Fri + one Saturday roster per month) - note some flexibility during non peak times for reduced shift hours.
Will need flexibility to accommodate peak operational periods
