What you'll do
- Build, manage and maintain rosters across our SIL homes and community participation services
- Match support workers to participants based on skills, preferences, continuity of care and compliance requirements
- Respond to shift changes, leave, and unplanned absences quickly and calmly — rostering is a live environment and you'll keep it moving
- Work hand-in-glove with our Service Delivery Manager to make sure rosters reflect participant needs and support plans
- Partner with the senior team on onboarding, availability, and workforce planning, and with the operations and finance teams on SCHADS compliance, budgets and payroll accuracy
- Keep our rostering system clean, current and accurate — the data you manage drives payroll, billing and compliance
Who you are
-You've done this in a similar role.SIL rostering experience is essential — you understand 24/7 rosters, sleepovers, active nights, broken shifts and the SCHADS Award.
Experience rostering community participation supports is a bonus, because that's where we're growing.
