Seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist, work in a diverse adult neuro caseload, and the opportunity to contribute to service development.

Based near the Canning Vale region with 1–2 days per week in the clinic, this role suits an experienced OT who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is passionate about leadership, complex care, and making a community impact.

Salary $80,000 to $125,000 plus performance-based incentives

Caseload includes adult neurological rehabilitation, complex home modifications, and occasional paediatrics
Clinical leads in both Assistive Technology and Neurological Rehab support team growth
Client demand driven by word-of-mouth referrals and exceptional service delivery
Structured onboarding process designed for senior clinicians with gradual caseload transition
Collaborate with families, GPs,
support coordinators and other health professionals

Requirements
