We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsperson to join our commercial shopfitting team in a full-time, factory-based role.
Whether you already have drafting experience or are looking to develop a career in the joinery industry, we'd love to hear from you.
We're willing to provide training to the right person who demonstrates strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed joinery drawings using Pytha 3D CAD software (training provided if required)
Interpret architectural plans and client specifications
Work closely with our production and design teams to produce accurate, practical and buildable drawings
Produce cutting lists and CNC files using Alphacam (training provided)
Assist with drawing revisions and project updates
Ensure drawings meet manufacturing standards and project deadlines
What We're Looking For
A strong eye for detail and accuracy
Good computer skills and confidence learning new software
The ability to read technical drawings or a willingness to learn
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Excellent communication and a positive,



team-focused attitude
A genuine interest in manufacturing, cabinetry, joinery, drafting or design
Experience
The ideal candidate may have experience in drafting, cabinetry, joinery, manufacturing, construction, architecture, interior design or a related field.
However, this is not essential.
