Social Media & Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and creativeSocial Media & Front Desk Coordinatorto become the face of our clinic and brand.
Initially starting with a part-time role leading to full-time employment.
This role combines exceptional customer service with digital marketing, supporting both the daily operations of the clinic and the growth of our online presence.
You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, creating engaging social media content, and representing our brands with professionalism.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about skincare, aesthetics, beauty, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administration
Welcome clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Manage appointments using the clinic booking system.
Answer phone calls, emails, SMS, and social media enquiries.
Process client payments and issue receipts.
Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist with treatment consent forms and client paperwork.
Prepare treatment rooms and reception areas.
Monitor clinic stock and notify management when stock levels are low.
Assist with retail sales and product recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
Social Media & Marketing
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, products,



and clinic activities (with client consent).
Edit photos and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
Schedule and publish social media posts.
Respond to comments, direct messages, and online enquiries professionally.
Assist in planning marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Help maintain the clinic website and online content.
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
Track social media engagement and report performance.
Customer Experience
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Assist clients in selecting suitable skincare products.
Support the clinic's membership and loyalty programs.
Encourage online reviews and client referrals.
Ensure every client leaves feeling welcomed and valued.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous experience in customer service or reception.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva.
Professional presentation and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail.




Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
Desirable
Experience in a cosmetic clinic, medical practice, beauty salon, or wellness clinic.
Knowledge of skincare and cosmetic treatments.
Experience with booking systems such as Timely, Fresha, or similar.
Photography and videography skills.
Experience creating Reels and TikTok videos.
Basic graphic design experience.
Sales or retail experience.
