We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to assist our NDIS participants at various locations throughout South Australia at our different facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to participants, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.
Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene, promoting independence.
Support participants with communication and social engagement, tailoring your approach to each individual's needs.
Follow care plans and assist with therapies or activities as outlined.
Administer medication as required and monitor health and well-being.
Provide emotional and social support, promoting community involvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records and reports.




Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Requirements:
Proficient English speaking skills.
Minimum Certificate III in Disability Services or equivalent qualification.
Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
Manual Handling Training and Certificate (desirable).
Right to work in Australia.
National Police Check (within the last 12 months).
Desired Skills and Attributes:
Passion for working with people with disabilities.
Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to respond to participants' needs.
Ability to perform well under pressure and in high-stress situations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Team-oriented and eager to grow within the organization.
Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster, including passive and active sleepovers.
