About the role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Horticulture Cut Flower Farm skilled to join our team at Eugalo in Oakdale NSW ****.
This is a casual role.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of a variety of cut flowers
Maintaining the farm's greenhouses, irrigation systems, and other equipment
Ensuring the highest standards of quality and care for our flowers
Collaborating with the team to optimize production and efficiency
Participating in the packing and distribution of our cut flower products
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in horticulture, floriculture, or a similar agricultural field
Strong practical skills in plant care, cultivation, and harvesting
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
A flexible and collaborative approach to work.
