About Behaviour Bridge
Behaviour Bridge is a Perth-based Positive Behaviour Support clinic with one simple mission:
Bridging the gap between Behaviour Support Plans and real-world implementation.
Using our signature B.R.I.D.G.E Behaviour System, we focus on practical, relationship-based strategies that families, support workers and participants can actually use every day.




We believe a Behaviour Support Plan should never sit in a filing cabinet.
It should change lives.
You'll be responsible for
• Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments
• Developing practical Behaviour Support Plans
• Supporting the reduction of restrictive practices
• Coaching families and support workers
• Delivering services across homes, schools, SILs and community settings
• Working collaboratively with allied health professionals and support coordinators
• Helping teams build confidence—not dependence

Essential
• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability
• Minimum 6 months PBS experience
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed practice
Highly regarded
• Experience supporting autistic individuals, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability or PDA profiles
• Experience with complex behaviours or restrictive practice reduction
• Allied health qualification (Psychology, OT, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Counselling or similar)
