Locally owned and operated fabrication business based in Goulburn, NSW.

They service a diverse range of clients across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors and are continuing to grow year after year.
You'll be fabricating, modifying, and finishing high-quality metal components to accurate technical specifications ferrous and non ferrous.
Mainly MIG light to medium fabrication, some TIG experience would be regarded favourably.
Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and job orders
Experience operating CNC laser cutting machines advantageous.
Operating brake press experience would also be advantageous.
Setting up and adjusting tools and machine controls for production runs
Performing accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments
Checking finished parts for conformance to specifications and making necessary adjustments
Cutting, grinding, shaping, and finishing metal using hand tools and power equipment
Maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness in accordance with WHS guidelines
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a boilermaker/fabricator
Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
Competence in using precision measurement tools and ensuring tight tolerances
High level of attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Physical fitness to work in a hands-on workshop environment
Desirable Qualifications:
Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
