As we continue to grow and expand, we are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our welcoming team, primarily based at our Mornington hospital.
Working a 9-day fortnight, you'll be supported by experienced colleagues and provided with the training and tools needed to thrive.
What your day might look like:
Being the first friendly face (and voice) our clients connect with—via phone, email, and in person
Calmly and compassionately triaging urgent and emergency cases
Creating a warm, safe, and reassuring environment for clients and their pets
Coordinating admissions, managing appointments,



handling administration, and processing payments

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy customer service role
Current driver's licence
Veterinary experience is highly regarded but not essential
