About the Role
As our Skin & Laser Therapist, you will:
Perform advanced laser treatments safely and confidently
Deliver skilled skin consultations and develop customised treatment plans
Perform advanced skin treatments to an exceptional clinical standard
Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients through outstanding care
Educate clients on treatment plans, home care and maintenance programs
Confidently recommend complementary treatments and skincare that support client outcomes
Consistently achieve individual and clinic KPIs through ethical, consultative sales
Maintain exceptional treatment standards,



accurate clinical documentation and infection control practices
Contribute to a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture
Stay committed to ongoing education and continuous professional development
About You
You'll be someone who:
Holds relevant qualifications in Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy or Laser Therapy
Has previous experience performing professional laser treatments (essential)
Has experience delivering advanced skin treatments
Is passionate about achieving outstanding client results
Is confident conducting consultations and converting treatment plans into long-term client journeys
Has strong sales ability and enjoys educating clients rather than "selling" to them
Is motivated, reliable and takes pride in delivering exceptional service
Has outstanding communication skills and a warm, polished manner
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Loves working in a collaborative, high-performing team
