We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, executive, and governance support to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board.
This position is being offered on a six-month Fixed Term Part Time basis (minimum 25 hours per week - negotiable)with possibility of extension, located in our head office in Belmont.
This role plays a key part in:
Coordinating strategic and operational priorities
Supporting governance and compliance processes
Managing executive workflows and communications
Facilitating effective decision-making and organisational alignment
The position acts as a central liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities
Provide high-level support to CEO, Executives & Board including emails, diary management, etc.
Act as a central liaison between executives, Board members, staff and External Stakeholders
Manage confidential, sensitive and complex information whilst maintaining high level of confidentiality
Prepare briefings, reports, submissions and board papers
Coordinate and align executive priorities and deadlines, tracking key actions, deliverables and follow-ups.




Coordinate Board and committee meetings including collating Board and Governance Committee Packs.
Prepare agendas, minutes and governance documentation
Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and deadlines
Prioritise competing demands with minimal direction
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role (supporting senior leaders or Board level preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Experience supporting governance processes (Board/committee support highly regarded)
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
