We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the team in a full time permanent position, located in our Gisborne office.
With the assistance of a Leasing Consultant and local & off-shore administration assistance, you will be responsible for the day to day management of an established portfolio of approx.
150 residential properties using PropertyMe software.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, arrears management, repairs and maintenance, ingoing,



outgoing and periodical inspections as well as generating leads and converting to current managements to grow the existing rent roll.
The position requires an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience.
You will have the ability to communicate with tenants and owners in a professional manner and possess the integrity to reflect our reputation and ethics.
You must have a current Agents Representative Certificate, driver's licence and vehicle.
To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for delivering customer service, a desire to succeed, excellent communication skills and be a team player.
