We are currently seeking an experiencedPeople & Culture Coordinatorto join our People & Culture team on a6-month contract, with the potential for extension to12 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised HR professional who enjoys delivering exceptional service, supporting employees and leaders, and keeping HR operations running smoothly.
The Opportunity
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries across the business.
You will provide responsive support to leaders and employees, manage key HR administration processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure HR activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone with solid HR administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the HR inbox and act as the first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries.
Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and systems, escalating complex matters as required.
Prepare employment contracts, variation letters and other HR documentation.
Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, promotions, parental leave, employee changes and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and data within the HRIS and payroll systems.
Ensure compliance documentation, including police checks, Working with Children Checks and visa records, is up to date.
Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to provide timely and professional support.




Support continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements and process updates.
About You
2+ years' experience in a People & Culture, HR Coordinator or HR Administration role.
Experience interpreting and applying Modern Awards.
Experience using iChris/Chris21 is highly regarded.
Strong administrative, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
