Job Description
Home Migration Services Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts and agreements in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.
Prepare estimates and monitor company performance to ensure contract terms and conditions are met.
Manage the process of modifying contracts as necessary, ensuring that all revisions are properly documented and agreed upon by all parties involved.
Resolving contract-related disputes and ensuring compliance with all agreed terms.
Maintaining accurate records and updating contract management databases.
Manage activities related to contract details, ensuring that schedules, budgets and other obligations are met.
Monitoring and ensuring contract performance aligns with project timelines, budgets, and terms.
Preparing regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance.
Liaising with stakeholders to communicate updates, changes, and contractual obligations.
Keep department heads informed about their contractual obligations and rights.
Collaborating with project managers, legal teams, and other departments to support project objectives through effective contract management.
Coordinating with finance teams to ensure budget adherence and financial oversight related to contracts.




Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies for contract risk mitigation.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual matters and ensuring client satisfaction.
Continuously improving contract administration processes by implementing best practices and staying informed of changes in laws and regulations.
Prepare initial drafts and templates of contracts and obtain necessary approvals before finalizing the contract s text.
Elaborate, negotiate, analyze, examine, review and approve contracts with the different construction companies and employers.
Write summaries and reviews suggesting contract requirements and budgets.
Monitor contract performance, including status of owner and contractor deliverables.
Disseminate prompt notice of changes to contract terms and conditions, evaluate changes in contract scope, price, and schedule.
Negotiate, if necessary, adjustments to the contract.
Participate in meetings and negotiate the terms and obligations of contracts and respond to any inquiries in this matter.
About Company Elite Kleen Pty Ltd is in need of a full time Contract Administrator who will be r esponsible for all administration and negotiation of sales contracts on behalf of the company.
This position serves as the key consult between subcontractors and clients and other stakeholders that involves.
