We're on the lookout for an experiencedHeavy Diesel Fitterwho's not only hands-on with the tools, but also passionate aboutleading people, improving systems, and bringing structure to a busy workshop.
This is a key leadership role within our business.
You'll work closely with the Company Director tooversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, guide the team, and help take our operation to the next level of professionalism and efficiency.

? The Role
As ourLeading Hand / Workshop Supervisor, you'll be responsible for keeping the workshop running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
Your role will include:
Organising and managing thedaily workshop schedulein line with the booking diary
Keeping the workshop teamfocused, on task, and working within allocated timeframes
Providingguidance, leadership, and directionto workshop employees
Maintainingworkflow, organisation, and standardsacross the shed
Managingweekly workshop supplies and stock levels
Carrying outrepairs and maintenanceon heavy vehicles, machinery, and equipment
Leading by example with astrong work ethic and positive attitude
This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll still be doing fitter work while helping the team perform at their best.

Proven experience as aHeavy Diesel Fitter




Natural leadership skills with the ability toorganise people and workflows
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
Strong time management and problem-solving ability
Someone who takes pride in running aclean, organised, and professional workshop
