We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Liquid Compounder to join our manufacturing team
About the role
As a Liquid Compounder, you will be responsible for preparing and manufacturing liquid products in accordance with approved batch sheets and quality standards.
Working as part of our production team, you will ensure products are compounded accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing workplace and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
Reporting to Liquid Compounding Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and compound liquid products in accordance with batch sheets and work instructions.
- Decant, weigh, and measure raw materials accurately.
- Label, package, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
- Collect retention samples and submit them for Quality Control testing.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas.




- Store finished products and assist with general warehouse housekeeping.
- Follow Work Health & Safety (WHS), Food Safety, and Quality procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production schedules.
About You
-Experience in a manufacturing, food production, or liquid compounding environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- The ability to follow written procedures and batch instructions accurately.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work effectively within a team.
- Able to lift 25kg.
- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
