As Access Group Australia continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our high-performing Corporate team based in Canning Vale.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our National business has the right goods and services, at the right price, at the right time.
Working across the organisation, you will lead procurement activities (excluding general fleet), strengthen supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements and continuously improve procurement processes that support our national operations.

As our Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving procurement excellence by:
Developing strong supplier partnerships and negotiating favourable pricing, service and contract terms.
Managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from supplier onboarding through to purchase orders, receipting and invoice reconciliation.
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality, reliability and service standards.
Leading supplier negotiations and contract reviews to maximise commercial outcomes.
Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring procurement activities align with business requirements.
Managing procurement risks across key supplier contracts and critical supply agreements.
Working closely with operational teams to ensure purchasing supports business demand and project delivery.
Partnering with our Training and Process team to continually improve procurement systems, workflows and compliance.
Analysing purchasing trends and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and optimise inventory.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.
This office based role works Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm from our Canning Vale head office
You are a commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating outcomes and finding smarter ways of working.
You will also bring:
5+ years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or purchasing.
Proven success negotiating supplier agreements and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance quality, service and value.
Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes within a fast-paced environment.
Sound understanding of supply chain,
purchasing and inventory management principles.
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience driving process improvements and influencing positive change.
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system (highly desirable).
Experience within equipment hire, construction, industrial services or a related industry will be highly regarded.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
