About The Role
Developing your purchasing knowledge by using ERP and reporting systems to monitor stock levels, generate reorder reports and analyse inventory data.
Preparing and issuing purchase orders to local and international suppliers.
Liaising with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules and expected arrival dates.
Providing updates to the sales team on purchase orders while maintaining accurate information within the warehouse management system.
Completing purchasing administration including invoices, freight documentation and free trade agreements.
Assisting with procurement analysis, supplier performance reporting and stock forecasting projects as you continue developing your analytical skills.
About You
You're naturally curious about how products make their way from an idea to a customer's hands.
Whether it's understanding supplier relationships, stock movement or how purchasing decisions shape a business, you enjoy learning how everything connects behind the scenes.
You enjoy working with information, numbers and patterns.
Analysing data, identifying opportunities and using insights to make better decisions is something you find genuinely rewarding, whether you've developed those skills in procurement or another environment.
