We're looking for someone who can designbeautiful, on-trend floral arrangementswhile helping coordinate the daily flow of studio life — from preparing orders to engaging with our lovely customers.
This role will start as acasual positionwith hours ranging from***** per week.
We're aclose-knit, friendly and fun-loving team, and we'd love to welcome someone with the same positive energy and passion for floristry.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on floristry experienceis essential, gained either through shop experience or completion of aCertificate III in Floristry.
(Unfortunately, we're unable to consider applicants without floristry experience at this time.)
A minimum of 4 Years of floristry experience is required.
Akeen eye for detailand a genuine love for working with flowers.
Someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work independently.
Weekend availabilityis required.

Key Responsibilities
Create stunning floral arrangements for online and in-store orders.
Design and prepare wedding and event flowers, including set-up and delivery when required.
Assist withinventory controlto minimise waste and ensure stock availability.
Contribute to thesmooth, organised and enjoyabledaily running of the studio.
Package and dispatch bouquets & orders with care.
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming workspace.
Communicate confidently with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
Embrace ourstudio mascots – our friendly in-house puppies!
