An established and highly regarded property business is seeking an ambitiousBusiness Development Manager todrive portfolio growth while delivering exceptional service to a valued client base.
This is an prospect for a motivated property professional who enjoys winning new business, building long-term relationships, and managing a quality portfolio with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
This diverse role combines business development with portfolio management, allowing you to develop new opportunities while ensuring landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service.
You'll be empowered to make an impact, contribute to the continued growth of the business, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor within the Adelaide property market.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrow the residential property management portfolio (currently circa 80 properties) through proactive business development.
Develop and nurture referral networks with investors, developers and industry professionals.
Conduct rental appraisals and present management proposals.
Build strong relationships with landlords and provide strategic investment advice.
Manage a well-maintained portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Coordinate leasing activities, routine inspections, maintenance and compliance.
Negotiate lease renewals and resolve tenancy matters professionally.




Identify opportunities to improve client retention and portfolio performance.
CRITERIA:
Previous experience in Property Management and/or Business Development is ideal
A proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine customer focus.
Current South Australian Real Estate Registration.
Current driver's licence.
