What You'll Be Doing
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team during service.
Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Creating and delivering high-quality, authentic Italian dishes.
Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and handmade pasta.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.




Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and food costs.
Driving a positive, professional, and fun team culture.
About You
Minimum two years' experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine.
Experience making fresh pasta and working with quality ingredients.
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
Organised, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
