About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Smallgoods Maker to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you'll be involved in every stage of the production process, including preparing and producing premium smallgoods, pickling and curing, cooking, and maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and efficiency.
You'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our smallgoods department while contributing to the production of exceptional products.
The Duties will include:
· Smallgoods manufacturing processes
· Machinery operation
· Receipt, processing and batching of materials
· Occasional knife work
· Work to production and quality guidelines
· Work in a hands-on- small team workplace.
You will have:
· Experience in smallgoods making
· By physically fit and be able to work in a fast pace environment
· Ability to in work in hot or cold environments
· Ability to read and understand instructions
· Possess a flexible, can do attitude and willingness to learn
· Understanding of food safety and quality assurance.
