We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-volume vehicle dealership located in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs.
Operating from a large undercover warehouse facility, we offer customers a modern and efficient car-buying experience with a substantial range of quality vehicles available for immediate delivery.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by performance, results, and earning potential.
About the Role
This is not a role for someone looking to simply "sell a few cars."
We are looking for individuals who are highly active, competitive, and passionate about achieving outstanding results.

You will be expected to proactively engage customers, manage enquiries, follow up opportunities, and consistently work towards exceeding sales targets.
Working within a high-volume operation, you will have access to strong lead flow, quality stock, and the support needed to build a successful automotive sales career.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
Managing showroom, phone, online, and walk-in enquiries
Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
Building solid customer relationships and generating repeat business
Following up leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline




Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
Working closely with finance and administration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
About You
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential
Proven sales experience in any high-performance sales environment will be highly regarded
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated and target-driven
Competitive, energetic, and self-disciplined
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Current Australian driver's licence
