What You Will Be Doing
Provide onsite support and facilitate incident investigations and risk assessmentsPartner with operational leaders to proactively manage health and safety risksDeliver the annual H&S; plan and support safety maturity initiativesRoll out H&S; training, coaching, and fundamental initiativesOffer trusted advice aligned with the Rio Tinto HSEC Management SystemCoordinate site-based health and wellbeing initiativesIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
What You Will Need




Relevant health and safety qualification or extensive experience in a similar roleHighly regarded but not essential experience with incident investigations and risk assessmentMinimum certificate IV in health and Safety or relevant field Ability to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesStrong influencing and engagement skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systemsExcellent communication and analytical skillsC Class Manual Drivers Licence
