About the Role
Join the Belair Turf team as a Turf Maintenance Operator!
We're seeking motivated individuals with experience or qualifications in turf management, who can contribute across both our Maintenance and Projects teams.
This role involves working on a diverse range of sites including golf courses, council ovals, and construction projects.
You will be actively involved in turf laying activities, turf renovations, and the ongoing maintenance of high-quality turf surfaces.
Experience in areas such as turf establishment, topdressing, aeration, and general turf care will be highly regarded.
You'll be part of a energetic team delivering works across Council contracts and large-scale construction projects, with exposure to premium sports fields and golf course environments.

What We're Looking For
Genuine interest in turf maintenance and/or sports grounds
Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
MR truck license (or interested in obtaining)
