We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our high-performing team based in Newstead.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an integral role in delivering a premium Mercedes-Benz experience.
You will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, support customer enquiries, coordinate appointments, and help ensure a seamless journey across our dealership.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences
Booking appointments and supporting dealership enquiries
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
Handling customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and care
Accurately maintaining customer information across multiple systems
Supporting the wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and performance outcomes
About You
Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people
The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment




High attention to detail and strong computer literacy
A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar role (Previous experience in a similar or related role is highly encouraged)
