What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Country Relationship Manager, you will:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with a portfolio of country contractor partners and internal stakeholdersMonitor contractor performance against contractual obligations, service levels and KPIsEnsure contractor compliance with operational, contractual and safety requirementsManage operational issues and resolve contractor disputes in a timely and professional mannerSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the contractor networkIdentify, assess and mitigate operational risksConduct contractor site visits across Western Australia as requiredPrepare reports and maintain accurate operational records to support business outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will have:




Experience working within a contractor management, relationship management or operational delivery environmentA strong understanding of contractor operating models and service delivery principlesExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externallyOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlinesA high level of ownership, accountability and initiativeExperience using Microsoft Office and other business systemsAbility to travel across Western Australia as required (approximately once per month).
Reasonable notice will be provided, with flexibility and input into travel scheduling wherever possible.Diploma in Business (or equivalent) will be highly regarded but is not essential.Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) will be highly regarded but is not essential.A current WA Driver's Licence (required)
