LEADCON TECH PTY LTD Role Summary Leadcon Tech Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Professional with over 10 years of experience in end-to-end SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, global rollouts, and Center of Excellence (CoE) roles.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP MM, WM, and Procurement, with strong cross-module integration across SD, PP, PM, FICO, PS, and MDG.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or large-scale industrial sectors is highly valued.
Benefits Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects for procurement, inventory, and warehouse management.
Work with users to formulate and document business requirements, and translate them into functional system specifications.
Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures, and work practices to recommend optimal system solutions.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in system functionality, behavior, and business practices.
Develop project plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation using project management methodologies.
Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, including creating system test plans to ensure quality and integrity.
Create user and training documentation, and conduct formal training classes for end users and key stakeholders.
Develop functional specifications for use by system developers and technical teams.
Use data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for design and development.
Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance in system project decision-making.
Manage integration with third-party tools such as Jagger (eProcurement), IBP, MDG, SharePoint, and barcoding systems.




Embed compliance frameworks (e.g., Manual of Authority) into procurement workflows.
Lead change requests, system enhancements, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
Key Skills Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in data and process modeling techniques Experience with project management methodologies (SCRUM, Kaizen) Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach Deep SAP S/4HANA Procurement and MM configuration skills Cross-module integration expertise User training, documentation, and workshop facilitation Qualification & experience Qualifications & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering or related field.
SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP MM and Ariba certifications are strongly preferred.
