The successful applicant will work across our community hub, Medical and Dental Centres.

About the Role
As a Trainee – Reception and Administration Worker, you will learn and develop practical skills in:
Reception and front-of-house customer service
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Providing information and directing clients to appropriate services
Calendar and appointment management
Meeting coordination, minute taking and document preparation
Data entry and record management
Maintaining filing systems and office resources
Supporting teams across the organisation with administration tasks
Developing professional communication and workplace skills
Working within confidentiality,
privacy and organisational policies and procedures
Throughout the traineeship, you will be supported by experienced staff and a registered training provider to successfully complete yourCertificate III in Business.

We are seeking someone who:
Is eager to learn and develop new skills
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoys working with people and providing customer service
Demonstrates professionalism and respect
Has basic computer skills and a willingness to learn recent systems
Can work effectively as part of a team
Is committed to completing a Certificate III in Business
Essential Requirements
Current NSW Driver Licence or willingness to obtain
Current NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to working in a culturally safe and respectful environment
