We have more than one opportunity for Site Managers to join our team and be part of significant projects that contribute to Australia's future,
What You'll bring:
Recent Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience as aSite Managerwithin a main contractor environment
Ability to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Experience delivering projects across a range of sectors such as Defence, Commercial, Health, Retail or Government from $50m and up.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management processes and safety requirements
Ability to effectively manage subcontractors, consultants and project teams
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
A commitment to delivering quality outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders
The ability to adhere to, and improve upon the construction program with minimal intervention
