About the Role

In this role you will be:
Greeting patients warmly and professionally
Managing bookings, enquiries, and daily schedules
Processing payments, HICAPS, Medicare and patient communication
Handling patient enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person
Supporting the clinical team with day to day coordination to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience




Problem-solving and taking initiative
Collaborating closely with the team and contributing to team morale
About You
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Dental Receptionist role (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care
Confidence with computers
Superior organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
An approachable personality who is friendly and warm
Reliability and a genuine passion for the industry
Experience in D4W software (preferrable)
